Mephistopheles (also Mephistophilus, Mephistophilis, Mephostopheles, Mephisto and variants) is a demon featured in German folklore. He originally appeared in literature as the demon in the Faust legend, and he has since appeared in other works as a stock character version of the Devil himself.
Story[]
Mephistopheles was the great Lord of the Southern Astaria, he made Silantropus its capital as he lived there, Father of the known leaders of the Blood Palace Krinky Devilson and Neko Devilson. Mephistopheles was known as the Blood King because of his rudes acts of public punisments to all of the prisioners. He leaded Southern Astaria and tried to conquer West Madarath without any sucess. Mephistopheles Married to Lillith in what is now called month of the Blood Moon. He believe in Lillith as he made her the Overlord of Dark Arts of Silantropus, after he gave her that title he discovered that she was pregnant of his son Krinky, Neko was born a year after Krinky's birth. One day he foresaw a vission of his younger son Neko destroying everything as he put neko a seal on a room away from everyone for 200 yrs. After sealing his son Neko he still feared that the seal will eventually break and his son would destroy the entire hell apart. Mephistopheles himself and the morlocks had a treaty of peace and honesty for living all like civilized demons and to be respectful to each other. After two years of peace within Astaria, rumors of a Hell War were heard in all the land. Mephistopheles rised his army puting them aware of the situation and he made an alliance with Amophestus (his brother) to keep guard of both cities, Silantropus and Devartha. Other rulers of nearby cities kept at guard and put their army protecting their cities as well. When Hell War IV started Astaria was the last District of Hell to get involve by it. The invasion of the Drathenians spread rapidly into Astaria destroying most of the cities from the district leaving Silantropus and Devartha as the only main cities, three villages standing from Sulfura's ruins small tribes by the east of Devartha.
Hell War IV[]
In Hell War IV, Mephistopheles was called by Amophestus (his brother) governor of Devartha, located at the north of Silantropus, to protect the Astaria's frontier, but he was betrayed by the morlocks, they pretended to be part of their forces but they were allied with the Drathenians, the one that started the war, his brother died protecting him and Mephistopheles became berzerk, the Morlocks stole Amophestus runes and used them to turn Mephistopheles into a statue, leaving him hidden in their hideout to study him, the recent ubication of the statue is unknown.
Actuality[]
Mephistopheles is recently seal into stone as a statue in an unknown place , but his sons are unaware of the situation.
